Responsibilities

• Maintains the current culture of the company.
• Under the guidance of the CEO and VPs, works to implement the strategic direction of the company.
• Oversees all aspects of operations.
• Works with HR to handle any situations that arise with staff.
• Oversees training programs and identifies training needs.
• Participates in recruiting, interviews, hires, and training of new staff.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Ensures that all policies, procedures and legal mandates are followed.
• Understands the job descriptions of each employee and works with each director to ensure staff are meeting responsibilities.
• Motivates staff to support the vision and mission of the organization.
• Develops succession plans for all critical roles within the business.
• Manages customer relationships as needed.
• Works to increase the company’s profitability and progress.
• Makes recommendations to the CEO for improvements, opportunities and investments.
• Ensures that the quality assurance parameters are met for client data.  Reviews weekly, monthly and annual QA reports and works with the lab to low incident rate.
• Reviews timesheets each pay period and submits them to the payroll company.  Ensures overtime is only encountered when necessary.
