Responsibilities

• Be proactive and engage prospective clients to understand their unique life and health insurance needs.
• The ability to educate and inform clients about the available insurance products and explain the features, benefits, and costs.
• Develop and customize insurance plans that align with clients’ goals and financial situations.
• Provide exceptional customer service during the entire sales process and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Follow up on leads through phone, email, or other communication channels in a timely and organized manner.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and insurance products to ensure expert advice to clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as established by the company.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business or related field. (Preferred.)
• 5+ years of experience as Business Development Manager or Director.
• Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
