Responsibilities
- Analyzing data to Measure performance of vendors
- Create presentations for scorecard review
- Meet with new branches to discuss service needs
- Reviewing vendor invoices and cost validations to ensure accuracy
- Measuring guidelines adherence and performance
- Analyze Atm service to determine if it requires an increase or decrease in service
- Support Analytics; seek ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures.
- Perform routine operational support tasks.
- Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues.
- Interact with client personnel on basic information.
