We are a leading third-party logistics (3PL) company specializing in warehousing, transportation, and supply chain solutions. Our team is dedicated to providing efficient, innovative, and cost-effective logistics services for our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Equipment Control Coordinator to oversee and manage our equipment assets to ensure seamless operations. This position REQUIRES administrative duties and experience in an office environment. 

salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Ensure that all Company Owned and Leased equipment are maintained and are roadworthy to meet all DOT standards and requirements. 
Ensure that all property is maintained for a safe working condition
Assist with Monthly M&R record keeping requirements
Assist with SKIP inspections when necessary.
Ensure that all Company Owned and Leased equipment are maintained and are roadworthy to meet all DOT standards and requirements.
Ensure all Company Owned and Leased equipment repairs are completed in the most cost-effective way possible.
Responsible for overseeing the completion of yard checks at all JZI – RoadOne yards in Jacksonville, Fl
Responsible for reviewing and updating all yard checks – inventories in systems.
Responsible for confirming the yard check information has been provided to all participants daily 
Work hours are Monday thru Friday 07:00 to 17:00 (as needed) and on call 24 / 7 
Working within Rail Yards (FEC, CSX and NS)
Enforce all Driver Safety Programs
Updating TVI Systems as mandated
