Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP processing team to ensure timely and accurate processing of data within the SAP environment.
- Oversee day-to-day SAP operations and manage SAP configurations, including data input, validation, and extraction processes.
- Coordinate with business teams and IT departments to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.
- Support SAP system enhancements and upgrades by providing input on user requirements, testing, and implementation.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all SAP processes and systems.
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external SAP processing standards and protocols.
- Lead SAP project initiatives, including system migrations, upgrades, and new module implementations.
- Provide technical guidance and training to SAP processing team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation of SAP processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize SAP usage and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure SAP system performance and security are regularly reviewed and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Provide support during the preparation and execution of system audits and assessments.
- Stay updated on SAP developments and suggest improvements based on industry best practices.
