Randstad is assisting our manufacturing client in New Castle, PA with a  Senior Human Resources Business Partner who will act as a strategic advisor to plant leadership across multiple plant locations, partnering closely with operations teams, including processing and warehousing, to implement HR strategies that align with business goals, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, drive workforce engagement, and support talent acquisition and development within the manufacturing environment, all while focusing on optimizing productivity and maintaining a positive workplace culture. Should be able to speak fluent Spanish, BS degree, 7+ years of experience and 2+ years of Supervisory experience. The Senior HRBP acts as a strategic advisor to plant leadership across multiple plant locations, partnering closely with operations teams, including processing and warehousing, to implement HR strategies that align with business goals, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, drive workforce engagement, and support talent acquisition and development within the manufacturing environment, all while focusing on optimizing productivity and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

• Coach and mentor a team of 3-5 plant-based HR professionals
• Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Conduct investigations into employee issues, ensuring fair and consistent disciplinary action when necessary.
• Facilitate positive communication between management and employees to maintain a healthy work environment.
• Monitor and address potential labor relations issues, collaborating with management and employees when applicable.
• Partner with managers to set clear performance expectations and goals for employees.
• Conduct and facilitate performance review process and provide feedback to employees and managers.
• Identify and address performance gaps through coaching, development plans, and training opportunities.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recruit qualified candidates for plant roles.
• 7 years exp., BS degree and 2+ years supervisory exp., speak Spanish fluently
