Responsibilities
Position Overview:
The Human Resources Manager will support the Human Resources Team in managing HR policies, procedures, and systems as well as provide guidance, coaching, and support to management and staff regarding employee relations issues, performance management, policies and procedures, and other areas of the HR function for an assigned location.
- Works with local management to identify labor needs and works closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to recruit, interview, and hire high quality talent.
- Manages the new hire orientation and onboarding process for assigned region.
- Manages employee training and development program for assigned region.
- Implements, monitors, and maintains HR Policy and Health and Safety initiatives for assigned location.
- Manages processes related to workplace injuries and illnesses including Workers’ Compensation reporting, claims maintenance, and return-to-work for assigned location.
- Managed leave administration and compliance for assigned location.
- Benefit administration including eligibility meetings and enrollments.
- Update and maintain HRIS system.
- Administer and maintain performance management programs.
- Support user needs and troubleshoot payroll self-service and time and attendance systems.
- Employee relations.
- Employee communications.
- Exit and retention interviews.
- Recordkeeping.
- Employee goodwill and events coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience.
- bilingual in Spanish.
