Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and department heads to align human resources strategies with our big-picture goals.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead the charge on recruitment, ensuring we attract top-notch talent who are as passionate about quality and community as we are.
• Champion employee engagement initiatives that keep our team motivated, valued, and excited to come to work every day.
• Develop and roll out HR programs and policies that create a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
• Support employee growth and development through training, coaching, and career advancement opportunities.
• Help create a strategy for employee retention that focuses on personal and professional growth.

Required Qualifications:

• Able to speak English and Spanish, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills in both languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering, employee relations, and talent management.
• A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• If you’ve worked with ADP Workforce Now, we’ll be extra impressed!
