Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and department heads to align human resources strategies with our big-picture goals.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead the charge on recruitment, ensuring we attract top-notch talent who are as passionate about quality and community as we are.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives that keep our team motivated, valued, and excited to come to work every day.
- Develop and roll out HR programs and policies that create a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
- Support employee growth and development through training, coaching, and career advancement opportunities.
- Help create a strategy for employee retention that focuses on personal and professional growth.
- Able to speak English and Spanish, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills in both languages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering, employee relations, and talent management.
- A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
