Responsibilities

AR collections clerk. Responsible for collecting on aging accounts.  Must be able to locate, track, and collect on delinquent accounts.  Individual must be comfortable on the phones and innovative in communication skills to collect from clients and customers.  Must have basic accounts receivable skills. Familiar with cash and credits, reconciliations, and posting payments.  Must also be able to maintain relationships with clients and customers. Must have Netsuite, and Microsoft Office 365 experience. Ideal candidate must be a hard worker, open to learning, a team player, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
