Your project: Creating products used for diagnostics involves not only the generation of a significant amount of data but also a substantial amount of required documentation. In this role you will work with our R&D and Bioinformatics teams on building systems and pipelines to import and parse data from various data sources to ensure proper transfer and digitalization of required information. These efforts will dramatically improve process efficiency, reduce errors/non conformity, increase time savings, and promote paperless processes. Who you are: A WashU Junior, Senior, or graduate with expertise in data analysis, python, and pandas (optional).
