As a Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work closely with HRLT to implement solutions.
- Ensure alignment of HR projects with overall company strategy and guidance from HO (Head Office).
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve key HR goals.
- Oversee the optimization of HR processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide strategic leadership and operational support for HR initiatives, especially within Total Rewards.
- Develop project plans, track progress, and manage project timelines and resources.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR projects with business goals.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Communicate with key stakeholders regularly to ensure the success of HR projects.
- Troubleshoot project challenges and ensure high-quality execution in a timely manner.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in an HR environment.
- strong understanding of Total Rewards and HR-related initiatives.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of
projects.
• Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
HR Support:
• Collaborate with HR team members to identify and implement process improvements.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in the coordination of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs,
performance management, and talent development.
Total Rewards:
• Support the design, implementation, and administration of Total Rewards programs,
including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable
compensation and benefits offerings.
• Assist in the communication of Total Rewards programs to employees, ensuring clarity
and understanding.
