Position: Area Supervisor Industry: Janitorial Services/Property Management
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and manage a team of hospitality staff to ensure high-quality service delivery across multiple locations
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain standards for cleanliness and safety
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to the team
- Coordinate daily operations, schedules, and supplies efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Handle staffing, performance evaluations, and reports in both English and Spanish
- Proven experience in hospitality services, with leadership experience preferred - Building maintenance/Property management preferred
- Excellent communication skills (Spanish & English)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

salary: $45,000 - $52,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Controlling and maintaining all the assigned locations within the assigned budget.
- Work scheduling of all account personnel
- Inventory management of property and office supplies (toilet tissue, paper towel, liners, etc.)
- Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annually work schedules, maintaing a log and documenting as necessary.
- Prepare supplies order within company procedures and budget.
- Conducting locations property and operational inspections/audits to ensure the job was performed within the company and client quality standards and requirements.
- Perform, at least, ten (10) property inspections per week.
- Perform correction and prevention actions to correct findings and/or unsatisfactory work as needed.
- Provide completed inspections to the Operations Manager with the action plan, if needed.
- Maintain inspections file up-to-date.
- Training, counseling and discipline (as necessary) the assigned staff to ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
