What You’ll Do: Process invoices, payments, and collections efficiently Reconcile accounts and follow up on outstanding balances Maintain accurate financial records & reports Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve billing issues Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting

What We’re Looking For: ✔ 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience ✔ Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software ✔ Attention to detail and excellent communication skills ✔ Ability to work independently & manage multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.
• Prepare and send accurate and timely invoices, ensuring compliance with contracts and agreements.
• Reconcile accounts and follow up on outstanding balances through effective communication with clients and project managers.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions, billings, and adjustments in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the accounting and project management teams to resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly AR aging reports and provide insights to upper management on cash flow and outstanding accounts.
