Our client, delivering electricity to over five million customers across 11 states, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help power their recruitment efforts in their Columbus office. In this role, you will provide crucial support across all areas of the Talent Acquisition department, from coordinating interviews to ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, job duties include:

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, managers, and interview teams.
• Arranging travel accommodations for candidates when required and processing reimbursement requests.
• Initiate and oversee candidates through the hiring process by ensuring that applications, new hire paperwork, and I-9s are completed accurately and timely.
• Schedule and track drug tests and physicals for candidates, and monitor background check results.

Skills:

• 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field, with an understanding of the full life-cycle recruiting process, including confidentiality, discretion, and initiative.
• Expertise in recruiting technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of all steps in the recruiting process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Ability to create a warm and welcoming environment for candidates
