Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
- Support warehouse and office employees by fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and labor laws.
- Partner with management to develop HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Handle performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and oversee payroll/benefits administration.
- 3+ years of HR experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment balancing warehouse and office responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Managing employee concerns, addressing complaints, mediating disputes, and promoting positive employee relations.
- Compensation and Benefits:
Developing and administering compensation structures, managing benefits plans, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Compliance:
Staying updated on employment laws, ensuring adherence to regulations, and managing compliance issues.
- Talent Development:
Identifying high-potential employees, creating career development plans, and facilitating leadership training.
- Strategic Planning:
Collaborating with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
- HR Data Analysis:
Monitoring workforce metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Recruitment and Selection:
Identifying staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
