What You’ll Do: Answer and document incoming phone calls in SharePoint Provide accurate information to callers and assist with website navigation Respond to emails and handle messages from Nightline Send faxes and print requested documents for callers Route calls and inquiries to the appropriate department Assist with special projects as assigned by management

Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Document phone calls in SharePoint.
- Provide information to callers from SharePoint and 2200.
- Navigate and accurately relay information regarding the NEBF and NEAP websites.
- Monitor incoming calls and calls waiting via Taske.
- Respond to incoming emails from NEBF and NEAP websites.
- Handle messages from Nightline.
- Route calls to the appropriate individual or department when necessary.
- Send faxes via RightFax upon caller request.
- Print 1099R’s and NEAP Statements upon caller request.
- Perform special projects as assigned by management.
