- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Shift timings: Between 7 AM to 7 PM (8-hour shifts)
- Temp-to-perm position (3-6 months contract, with potential to convert to a Full-Time Employee)
- Onsite for the first 2 weeks, then remote

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice answering calls and electronic requests from patients, family members, and external parties. You’ll help register new patients, schedule healthcare appointments, and provide accurate information—all while ensuring excellent service. You’ll also:
- Register new patients and resolve discrepancies
- Verify insurance and determine patient payment responsibility
- Schedule appointments based on patient needs and doctor orders
- Communicate appointment details and ensure patient preparedness
- Handle complaints with professionalism and keep calm under pressure
- Assist with clerical and clinical patient messages
- Customer Service experience (Call Center preferred)
- Typing and computer skills
- Medical Terminology knowledge is a plus!
- strong oral and written communication skills
- Data entry and numeric accuracy
- Ability to work fast-paced, in a constantly changing environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
