Responsibilities
- Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure prompt service order completion.
- Follow up with customers after service visits to collect feedback and confirm satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and ERP systems, including warranty details, service history, self-install customer notes, and other essential data.
- Ensure proper documentation of service reports, warranty records, and customer communications, making them accessible in company systems and the SharePoint database.
- Assist with Service Administration tasks, such as preparing quotes and invoices, processing payments, and managing service schedules.
- Report aftermarket-related issues concerning accounts receivable initiatives.
- Generate service, preventative maintenance (PM), and Service Level Agreement (SLA) quotes for customers based on equipment usage and history.
- Identify and promote aftermarket sales opportunities, including extended warranties, service plans, and spare parts.
- Foster client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups after service visits, incorporating feedback from customer outreach.
- Monitor and analyze aftermarket sales metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
- Conduct audits and updates of system information as needed.
