We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Production Scheduler to manage and optimize our client's production schedules. This role requires a deep understanding of production timelines, resources, and processes to ensure timely product delivery and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Initiates and releases manufacturing and purchased orders in accordance with production
requirements and inventory levels.
● Reviews customer backlog to assess demand and prioritize orders accordingly.
● Monitors the status of existing manufacturing and purchase orders, ensuring timely production
and delivery.
● Coordinates and schedule the placement of manufacturing and purchase orders, optimizing
delivery schedules and production efficiency.
● Collaborates with production teams to align schedules, streamline processes, and meet
production goals.
● Communicates effectively with customers regarding order status, changes, and expectations.
● Maintains accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and production schedules.
● Generates reports as needed for management.
● Stays informed about industry trends, production technologies, and supply chain best practices
to continuously improve planning processes.
