Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and aligns activities across multiple partners and initiatives to promote collaboration and achieve shared goals.
- Serves as the primary liaison between Organization and community organizations, facilitating partnerships, promoting events, and sharing information about the Organization's resources and services.
- Engages with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders to identify needs, foster collaboration, and support community-driven initiatives.
- Organizes and facilitates meetings with partners, community advisory groups, and listening sessions, ensuring follow-up and actionable outcomes.
- Develops and implements protocols for accessing community services, with a focus on culturally responsive COVID-19 testing and vaccination efforts.
- Plans and manages schedules for COVID-19 testing events and oversees the deployment of test kits to priority populations.
- Maintains a centralized calendar to track partnership events, activities, and deadlines.
- Oversees contract partner reporting processes, conducts initial reviews of submissions, and identifies barriers to achieving deliverables.
