We are seeking a Community Partnership Coordinator to support and expand our collaborative efforts with key stakeholders. This role will be instrumental in strengthening partnerships, managing community-driven projects, and ensuring the success of initiatives through July 31, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and aligns activities across multiple partners and initiatives to promote collaboration and achieve shared goals.
• Serves as the primary liaison between Organization and community organizations, facilitating partnerships, promoting events, and sharing information about the Organization's resources and services.
• Engages with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders to identify needs, foster collaboration, and support community-driven initiatives.
• Organizes and facilitates meetings with partners, community advisory groups, and listening sessions, ensuring follow-up and actionable outcomes.
• Develops and implements protocols for accessing community services, with a focus on culturally responsive COVID-19 testing and vaccination efforts.
• Plans and manages schedules for COVID-19 testing events and oversees the deployment of test kits to priority populations.
• Maintains a centralized calendar to track partnership events, activities, and deadlines.
• Oversees contract partner reporting processes, conducts initial reviews of submissions, and identifies barriers to achieving deliverables.
