As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient, cost-effective movement of materials, serving as the critical link between customers, transport service providers, and material suppliers. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, handling various transport operations across our supply chain.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the booking, pickup, transport, and delivery of materials using the ATLAS transport management system.
- Act swiftly to resolve issues that arise in the transport network, collaborating with carriers, suppliers, or customers as needed.
- Provide accurate and timely communication for inquiries and requests directed to the Customer Service Team.
- Track and analyze transport process deviations, offering proactive and preventative action suggestions.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for opportunities to optimize processes and outcomes.
- Action-Oriented: Energetic, proactive, and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
- Customer-Focused: interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
