This is a AR lead role that will have 4 other AR individuals on the team.  The applicant must exhibit leadership of some short by management, mentorship, volunteer efforts. The reports to the controller.  This is within a manufacturing facility that uses Epicor and this is four days in office, and one work from home.  Talent must reside in Concord, NC or surrounding area. Responsibilities

• AR with invoicing, collections, and reporting
  • Daily Inovicing, review and submissions
  • Weekly collections and follow up with vendors when warranted
  • Provide resulution for unappliied cash apps
  • Complete credit memos for accuracy before approval
• Reconcilations by reviewing credit limits and applcation of customer credits 
  • Resolve disprancies 
• Month End Close 
• Train other AR talent with Credit applications, analysis, and cash apps, 
• Customer service with managing AR inbox and customer call in line
