Responsibilities
Hello! Randstad is looking to hire candidates for a call center role! We have multiple shifts available.
Standard pay- $16.50
bilingual Spanish/English pay-$17.50
bilingual French/English pay- $19
Onsite call center, taking Roadside Assistance, Emergency call and Account management for luxury brands like: BMW, VW, Porsche, Mini Cooper, Rolls Royce, Audi, Mercedes, and others.
Experience: at least 6 months call center experience; expected 60-100 calls/day; agents will be handling roadside assistance and Emergency calls based on their team; updated resume required; must speak professionally.
