Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all details are entered correctly into the order management system.
- Review and verify order specifications, including product details, pricing, artwork, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Navigate online store order platforms, ensuring all orders are processed as received and provide system updates as orders are processed. Experience in Shopify is a plus.
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding order status, potential delays, or discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order issues, including inventory shortages, shipping delays, or quality concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders and transactions for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Assist with inventory management and coordinate restocking when necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings, industry trends, and supplier updates.
