We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead strategy, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships for a leading apparel company in Orlando, FL. This role requires at least five years of experience in sales and marketing leadership, with a proven ability to manage and mentor teams, including a Marketing Manager, an Account Specialist Manager, and four Account Managers. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to expand market share, oversee key client relationships as needed, and utilize Salesforce for pipeline management and performance tracking. The role involves some travel to meet clients and attend industry events. Responsibilities
