Location: Remote - “BYOD - Bring Your Own Device” ⏰ Schedule:
- Shifts start as early as 6:00 AM.
- Shifts vary based on business needs.
- Overtime may be required during peak periods.
Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- Education/Experience: Professional degree or equivalent experience required.
- Skills:
- Solid communication skills (verbal and written).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle complex data.
- Sharp critical thinking skills and sound judgment.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to remote work without constant oversight.
- Experience:
- Prior claims processing or professional experience preferred.
- Familiarity with financial transactions, multiple accounts, and data-heavy environments a plus.
- Comfortable working with stocks and some cryptocurrency transactions.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Follow detailed written procedures to process claims accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leadership to resolve complex cases and escalate challenges.
- Use proprietary software tools to access and review claim documents.
- Verify and correct data, including processing financial transactions and currency conversions.
- Review claims submitted by brokerages, often with large volumes of data.
- Analyze hundreds of data points to ensure compliance with departmental standards.
- Meet and exceed expectations for productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Apply critical reasoning to draw logical conclusions and offer subject matter expertise.
