Responsibilities
- As a Credit Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our valued customers and maintaining the financial health of our accounts
- Answer and service inbound phone calls and emails from existing and prospective customers
- Work with management to approve new customer applications
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments
- Initiate daily calls to customers with overdue balances to resolve outstanding payments
- Order Approval
- Oversee orders in Credit Que, addressing accounts with past-due balances to minimize risks
- Team Support:
- Assist in other areas of the organization as needed
