Position Overview: As the HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Director with key HR functions, including documenting employee discipline, managing call-out records, creating new hire binders, and providing general administrative assistance. Responsibilities
Assist the HR Director in documenting employee disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure accurate records are maintained for each disciplinary action, including verbal warnings, written warnings, and other corrective actions.
Coordinate with managers to gather necessary details for discipline documentation.
Track and maintain a database of disciplinary actions, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Record and track employee call-outs, absences, and tardiness in the company's HR
Prepare and maintain new hire binders, ensuring all necessary documents are included (e.g., company policies, benefits enrollment, payroll forms).
Ensure new hires receive appropriate materials during onboarding, and maintain a checklist to ensure nothing is missed.
Assist with updating any forms or documents in the binder to reflect current policies and procedures.
Assist the HR Director with general office duties, including filing, organizing HR records, and data entry.
Assist in organizing and maintaining employee records, ensuring they are up-to-date and stored securely.
Ensure all documentation related to discipline, attendance, and new hires are compliant with legal and company standards.
Handle sensitive HR information with discretion, ensuring confidentiality in all matters related to discipline, attendance, and personal employee details.
