Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, verify insurance information, and assist with registration and check-in processes.
• Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy, resolving concerns or directing them to the appropriate resources.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records while adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of experience in a medical office/patient services role
• Basic MS Word, Excel, and Windows experience required
• EPIC experience preferred
• strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
