Location:
Seattle, WA
***Floating between 4 locations - Seattle (2 locations, but First Hill Arnold Pavilion is primary), Issaquah, and Edmonds.
Pay: $23.55/hour
Shift:
Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
What you will be doing:
- Answering the phone, checking patients in, and scheduling appointments for our providers across all 4 locations.
- The main duties include checking patients in for appointments, checking patients out, answering the phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the daily schedules.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a Medical office position (or similar) role.
- EPIC experience is preferred.
- Basic MS Word, Excel, and Windows experience required.
- May be required to float between 4 locations - Seattle (2 locations, but First Hill Arnold Pavilion is primary), Issaquah, and Edmonds.
