We are seeking a dedicated Patient Services Specialist to join our team in Seattle, WA. This is a floating position, meaning you will support multiple healthcare facilities as needed. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.



salary: $23 - $23.55 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Verify insurance, process payments, and handle patient registration.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments across multiple locations.
• Assist with medical records, authorizations, and referrals.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Travel between assigned facilities as needed (mileage reimbursement may be available).

Qualifications:

• 2+ year of experience in a medical front office, patient services, or healthcare administration role.
• Familiarity with insurance verification, medical billing, and appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.
