Responsibilities
Seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk. In this clerical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all paperwork for shipments leaving the distribution center is accurate and complete. You’ll play a key role in maintaining seamless shipping and receiving operations while contributing to the overall success of our warehouse team. Verify paperwork for all outgoing and incoming shipments to ensure accuracy. Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to maintain efficient workflows. Update and maintain shipment records in company systems. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to address any discrepancies or issues with shipments. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Required Skills and Experience: Written and Verbal Communication: Competent communication skills to interact with various teams and stakeholders effectively. Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Reading and Direction-Following Skills: Ability to read instructions and follow detailed procedures accurately.
