Responsibilities

• Provide support, advice and recommendations in all areas of Human Resources related programs and policies
• Works with management to advise on employee coaching 
• Employee engagement activities
• Partner with agencies to facilitate staffing needs as needed 
• Initiates HRIS transactions ensuring date accuracy of HR transactions including new hires, terminations, job changes, salary modifications and other job-related actions
•Monitor time and attendance for accuracy and looking for any attendance issues 
• Conducts recruitment and staffing plans for both shifts
• Responsible for completion and accuracy of all new hire files and conducts audits as needed or directed
• Conducts new hire orientation
• Supports employee payroll process
