Responsibilities

• Customer Service
o General customer service
▪ Direct communications to appropriate sales reps, departments, etc.
o Coordinate with appropriate parties to resolve customer issues.
o Correspond with appropriate parties to provide updates on shipments and repair status.

• Procurement
o Correspond with vendors
▪ Maintain knowledge on build progress for open orders.
▪ Provide updated delivery schedules for sales reps and management.
▪ Coordinate with the warehouse manager and third-party shippers to ensure timely delivery of inbound inventory.
o Administration
▪ Assist the accounting department to ensure all vendor invoices are processed in a timely manner and accurately.
o Inventory
▪ Process documentation of shipments and receive items into inventory.
▪ Review and make recommendations for cost adjustments.
▪ Provide reports / assist in updating available inventory on the company website.

• Miscellaneous
o Assist sales reps when able.
o Special projects / reports as directed by management.
