Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager proficient in QuickBooks to join our team in Erwin, TN. This position is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, including invoice processing, bookkeeping, and financial management. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, including FDA, EPA, and OSHA financial requirements
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage financial transactions
- Assist with payroll processing and financial audits as needed
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in accounting operations
