Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with procurement tasks, including vendor management and purchase orders
• Support HR generalist functions, such as employee records management and onboarding assistance
• Maintain financial documentation and reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a hybrid role with diverse responsibilities
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
