Position Summary:
We are seeking an Order Entry Clerk with experience using QuickBooks and strong customer service and data entry skills. This role is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment, and providing excellent support to clients.
salary: $18 - $20 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Enter and process customer orders efficiently using QuickBooks
- Verify order accuracy, pricing, and product availability
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping details, and any inquiries
- Work closely with production and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and order history
- Assist with invoicing and payment processing as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Perform general administrative duties related to order management
