Responsibilities
- Administrative support to managers, directors, or senior level executives
- Handle advanced scheduling, write and edit reports and correspondence, construct project plans, determine implementation strategies, processes consultant purchase orders, travel vouchers, make hotel and travel arrangements
- Develop tracking systems for various departmental reports
- Coordinate department projects
- Assist in the planning of internal and external conferences/meetings, including handling logistical arrangements and providing on-site support
