Position Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist with experience using QuickBooks for Accounts Receivable, along with strong customer service and data entry skills. This role is responsible for providing outstanding support to customers, processing payments, and managing account inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
salary: $15 - $17 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage accounts receivable, process payments, and track invoices
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent service and support
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Assist in resolving billing issues and discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and transaction history
- Work closely with sales, shipping, and accounting teams to ensure smooth operations
- Perform general administrative duties related to customer account management
