If so, we are seeking for a highly organized and multi-state and union Payroll Specialist in the entertainment industry.  In this role, you will be processing pay cycles run on a weekly and bi-weekly basis which include union and non-union employees working in most US states. Hours are 8am-5pm on a hybrid schedule or local WFH role.

salary: $31 - $32.34 per hour

Responsibilities

Seeking for a highly organized and experienced tempoary Payroll Specialist to join a fast paced environment responsible for the preparation, processing and distribution of accurate and timely paychecks for employees in the entertaintment industry.

• 5+ years of Payroll processing experience with the understanding with Kronos time and attendance software and Workday to process in workday
• Experience with union payroll and multi-state experience
• Knowledge of local, state and federal payroll and tax regulations
• Proficient with MS suite and heavy user in excel
• Ability to provide reporting and analysis requested by management
