salary: $49 - $51.52 per hour

Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Analyst, job duties include:
- Analyze current system functionality and business processes to provide cost-effective solutions that support stakeholder requirements and business needs.
- Partner with project teams to identify the best solution to address business challenges and process improvements.
- Map "As Is" and "To Be" operational process flows to drive clarity and efficiency in business operations.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve operational gaps.
- Develop, communicate, and manage test plans and test cases, including user acceptance and security testing, and take on the role of Tester or Test Manager.
- Gather early-phase feedback during production releases and collaborate with implementation teams to address and resolve any issues.
- 3+ years of experience working as a Senior Business Analyst supporting B to C operations for a Global Organization.
- Proven ability to execute tasks efficiently, adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrated problem analysis, troubleshooting, and solutioning skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and process mapping abilities.
- Experience in eCommerce and contact center environments is an advantage.
