- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an HR generalist role or a similar position. Experience in bilingual (Spanish/English) environments is highly preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages, both verbally and in writing (highly preferred).
- Knowledge: strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and HR best practices. Knowledge of bilingual recruitment and training strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues in both English and Spanish. Foster positive employee relations and work to resolve conflicts or concerns.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection. Coordinate bilingual onboarding sessions to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Training & Development: Assist in the creation and delivery of training programs. Support employees in their career development and ensure that training needs are met.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Ensure HR data is up to date and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits enrollment, questions, and claims. Support the administration of benefits programs in both English and Spanish.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Keep updated on HR best practices and legal regulations, providing guidance to management as needed.
- HR Reporting: Generate reports related to HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment efforts, training, and more.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Provide HR support that is mindful of cultural differences, ensuring an inclusive and respectful work environment.
