Our well-established company specializes in high-end residential and commercial construction, completing 10-12 projects per year. This role focuses on managing custom oceanfront and riverfront homes, requiring leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. Experience with Buildertrend software is preferred, and estimating skills are a plus. As our experienced team transitions into retirement, we are looking for a superintendent who can handle complex, custom builds and potentially grow into a Project Manager role overseeing multiple supers. Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction of custom luxury waterfront homes from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion
• Maintain relationships with clients, architects, and designers, ensuring expectations are met
• Manage on-site crews, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Utilize Buildertrend software to track project progress, schedules, and documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges efficiently
• Assist with estimating and budgeting when necessary
• Report directly to the Construction Manager, keeping leadership updated on project status
• Ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all phases of construction
