Our cient located in Longwood, FL is a trusted name in the painting subcontractor industry, delivering high-quality services to commercial and residential clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bid Coordinator to join their team and support their estimating department in managing bid processes, project plans, and overall coordination efforts.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Bid Management:

• Monitor and manage the bid email inbox, ensuring timely responses and organization.
• Extract and input bid-related data into the bid Excel log accurately.

Log & Document Maintenance:

• Update the bid log with statuses, deadlines, and project changes.
• Maintain accurate records, ensuring accessibility for the estimating team.

Plan Management & Project Support:

• Download, organize, and upload project plans into the takeoff software.
• Ensure plans are properly stored in shared folders for efficient access.
• Assist project management with smaller administrative tasks as needed.

Coordination & Communication:

• Work closely with estimators and project managers to streamline the bid process.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
