Responsibilities
As a Communications Specialist, job duties include:
- Develop and advise on multi-channel communication plans for small projects, ensuring effective messaging is delivered to the right audience at the right time.
- Execute and manage communication strategies across modern digital channels, ensuring content is relevant, clear, and engaging.
- Write and copy-edit content for digital channels, focusing on internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and web content.
- Develop and manage SharePoint sites, and work with M365 products including OneDrive, Forms, PowerPoint, and Word to create effective communication tools.
- 7+ years of experience in communications, with a proven ability to develop and execute communication plans for a global organization.
- Advanced writing and editing skills, especially for digital channels.
- Proficiency in crafting clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Expertise in SharePoint, M365 products (OneDrive, Forms, PowerPoint, and Word), and experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, and Eloqua.
- A creative and critical thinker who can solve problems and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
