Responsibilities
Financial Planning/Decision Analysis:
- Lead the creation of annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts, ensuring alignment of timelines and requirements across the organization.
- Conduct scenario analyses and adjust sales and GTN forecasts based on the latest estimates.
- Support long-term planning efforts and lead the strategic planning agenda.
- Oversee monthly sales profitability analysis and validate gross-to-net assumptions.
- Act as the key point of contact for developing planning processes, translating business requirements from functional stakeholders into business processes and system requirements.
- Continuously identify and communicate risks and opportunities within existing processes.
- Serve as a business partner to the commercial and supply chain teams, offering decision-driven insights to senior management.
- Provide ad hoc decision analysis.
- Manage and update the 3-statement forecast, ensuring financial plausibility and alignment with the accounting team.
- Develop and enhance the management reporting package, ensuring alignment of the reporting hierarchy with the evolving organizational structure.
- Coordinate and prepare the monthly closing deck and results summary.
- Prepare additional monthly and quarterly financial deliverables as needed.
- Provide detailed variance analysis to business partners and the HQ finance team.
