Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for aerospace applications.
- Create 3D models and detailed engineering drawings using CAD software (Siemens NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Conduct structural, thermal, and stress analyses to ensure designs meet performance and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and quality engineers, to optimize designs for production.
- Perform tolerance analysis and material selection for high-performance aerospace components.
- Support prototype development, testing, and validation of designs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as AS9100, FAA, and NASA requirements.
