Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct on-site meetings and presentations with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to build industry presence and relationships.
- Continuously stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Travel within territory as needed.
