Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Plumbing Estimator to help us prepare cost estimates and manage the bidding process for commercial HVAC and plumbing projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in estimating and a deep understanding of the HVAC and plumbing systems in commercial construction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HVAC and plumbing estimating, preferably in the commercial sector.
- Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems and installation methods.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze project plans and specifications for cost estimation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, and project teams.

Responsibilities
Review project plans and specifications to create accurate HVAC and plumbing cost estimates.
Create and submit competitive bids for HVAC and plumbing projects.
Compare costs for labor, materials, and subcontractors to find the best pricing.
Work with engineers and project teams to ensure designs align with estimates.
Communicate with clients to clarify project needs and pricing.
Review contracts and finalize pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.
Identify and address potential risks that could affect costs or schedules.
Keep organized records of estimates, bids, and contracts.
