We are working with a client that is a leader in their industry. They are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to help contribute to the fast growth of the company. This is a full-time, salaried position that has an expected start within a couple of weeks. Responsibilities

• Oversee the entirety of the recruitng cycle. This includes sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
• Develop strategies to resolve workplace challenges and foster a positive environment.
• Conduct HR-related training and workshops to ensure alignment with company policy and best practices.
• Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to team members regarding compensation and company policies.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable labor laws and organizational regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Benefits Administration, and Talent Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
